Forests:

Costa Rican’s greatest challenge every single day is to achieve the complete preservation of each one of these type ecosystems
Mangrove Forests Tropical Rainforests, Cloud Forests, Lowland Cloud Forests, Tropical Dry Forests, plus the Marine Coral Reef Platforms, all play an amazing role among Costa Rica’s Ecosystems.

Fauna:

Due to its geographical position, (the bridge which connects North America with South America), its topography and its climate, Costa Rica is able to house thousands of mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, insects etc. All of these species are now being protected in the many National Parks and National Reserves of all kinds.
